How can I remove shipping and payment sections from the checkout process?

there are many businesses in the world, who gives free shipping and cash on delivery, so Shopify check out doesn’t let the shipping and payment sections at the checkout to be removed for new businesses who cannot afford Shopify. Plus we have wanted to remove the shipping and payment section, but we are unable to do so, and the customer service never answers us, how can we remove the shipping and payment section because it confuses the customer since there is no payment and it’s cash on delivery and there is no need of shipping section because the customer gives its information on the information page so when the shipping section comes in the checkout  it just confirms the address and when the payment section comes since there is no payment because of cash on delivery, customer gets confused with the billing address section in the payment section hence the result is abandoned cart what can be done ?

Unfortunately it's not possible to remove the shipping and payment section from Shopify Checkout, but you can try our app Releasit COD Form & Upsells as it will do exactly what you need!
