How can I remove the add to cart option for a specific product?

I have a product that I would like to display but delete the option to add it to a cart unless it was bought together with another product.  It is too cheap (only $7) to make it economical for me to send out on its own.  Is it possible to delete the add to cart option and after the description say it can only be purchased with another product?
