How can I remove the 'Let customers speak for us' section from my webpage?

How do I delete this annoying "Let customers speak for us" section between my footer and newsletter? I deleted Judge.me but that didn't work😮‍💨 It's also not under footer promotions. If it's a coding problem where can I fix it because I deleted the coding for judge.me reviews. Please Help 🙏

I'm having the exactly same problem. I didn't even know that it was a problem caused vy the Judge.me.
