How can I render the footer for Dawn theme on geopeeker.com?

Does anyone know how I can get geopeeper.com to render the footer section for Dawn theme so that Google Merchant Centre can approve the account?

Checked all the speed tests and they are fine. I see numerous shopify sites that have the same problem on geopeeker.com

My guess is that either a script is blocking it, ie shows it upon scrolling.

Slow loading, meaning the full page is not rendered fast enough, this can be caused by heavy css, js, or images.

I recommend asking a developer to resolve this issue, that would be my suggestion.
