How can I reposition the inbox icon on my Refresh theme?

Hello, 

I would like to change the position of the Shopify inbox icon. I would like change the position so that it does not block the cookie bar that is also located at the bottom of the window. 

I am using the refresh theme, and have not been able to find where to edit the code for my theme from this solution:

You can add the code to other css files like theme.css or base.css etc
