Can you confirm which payment processor you're using? If you're not sure, you can find it in your Shopify admin by navigating to Settings Payments. Can you also share your URL here so I can test the checkout on my end?

I went through your checkout however I wasn't able to submit a payment to test it fully. I recommend getting in touch with Paystack directly as they will be able to further troubleshoot the issue you're having. I found their contact page here!
