How can I resolve a name verification issue on my store account?

Hi i am facing verify problem.. the problem is in my store my name Is mahidul Utsho.. But in my document my name is mahidul shikder.. Now my acciunt is in hold.. i Contrac with suppirt they didn’t replied.. Now what to do?

This issue will have to be resolved by our live support team. You mentioned that you tried contacting us but didn't receive a response — did you get in touch through the Help Center and speak with a Support Advisor? If so, it's possible that they're still working on your case and will get back to you as soon as they have an update. If you didn't get in touch through the Help Center, I recommend doing so as that's the only way to get in touch with our live support team.
