How can I resolve Pinterest Pixel conversion source issues?

Hello, 

I've had a message from Pinterest saying my Conversion Source Needs Attention and there's an issue with it.

Their customer service team has told me to delete out any manually added tags and to uninstall. Then obviously reinstall.

I have done all these actions yet it still isn't working.

Is there a way to find if there's any old code hidden in the site?

I've tried searching Pinterest, window.pintrk and my ads code and nothing comes back so I would think there is no code left in there but it's still not fixing the issue with un-installing the sales channel, to then re-installing it to fix the issue.

Do you know how to fix it or have any of you ever had this issue too?
