How can I resolve the captcha issue on my Pipeline theme contact form?

Hi

I am using the Pipeline theme and have an issue where customers are filling in the contact form but are not seeing the captcha verification step which opens on another page. We are missing so many customer emails due to this.

I have disabled the captcha setting in preferences but the verification step is still showing. How can I either move the verification to the same page as the contact form so customers don't miss the step or remove it completely?
