How can I restore a deleted Dutch version of my webpage?

Hi everyone,

I accidentally removed my translated dutch version of my Shopify page, I wanted to remove the English version but accidentally removed the wrong one, I made a back up before and installed that one but the language is still gone.

Anyone who could help please?

Did you have backup a theme before you customize it?
