How can I sell physical products and digital courses together?

Hello, im helping my client to set up her store. She is selling a physical products but now she wants to do it together with her course. I have to set it up in the way that when client purchase the product, they get a link to her own developed app with course, which she has created with passion.io.     Its a huge challenge for me as i don't have the knowledge. 
Any help will be very appreciated.
