How can I send quiz results to a user's email using a php file?

Hey, I made a quiz page with custom code. all javascript and HTML code for now and at the end user sees the results like the selected answers. I  want the result to be sent to user's email address. I just want to know how can  I upload php file to shopify store and link it to my custom javascript file? or if i cant upload php file is there a way to send the quiz results to users email by any other means.

Currently, Shopify does not support uploading php files, you can only do it with the app. Refer https://apps.shopify.com/shopify-email or https://apps.shopify.com/search?q=Shopify%20Email

There will be many apps and this is the only way for you to do it. 

Or you can contact Shopify, they will send you app tips.
