Hi @yara23 You can try this way to change the default language:
1. Open Settings > Choose Laguages
2. Change the default by clicking in the 3 dots icon

3. This pop-up will appear and then choose the laguage you want

I hope you're doing well!

You can achieve that by:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Languages.

2. In Unpublished languages, click Publish beside the language that you want to make available to customers in your store.

3. Click Save.
