How can I set noindex on product card quick view links?

In collection pages, each product card got "quick view" button that, when clicked, displays a pop-up. This also results in an URL like ....magnified-led-makeup-mirror?section_id=quick-view" rel="nofollow" that you can see in the view source after clicking the button. This is causing problem with Google indexing. I want to set noindex on such links. What should I do? Thanks you. Please refer the collection page below.

What the issue that you're seeing? Do you have an example to share?

That URL you posted (with the section) does have a no index element already in place.
