How can I shorten my product page URLs without using URL shorteners?

Hello, 

I noticed my product pages are way too long. 

Is there a way to shorten them without using URL shorteners?

In Shopify admin go in to the edit product screen and scroll down to the bottom and click Edit beside Search engine listing. In here you can change the URL handle to something shorter.
