How can I solve the Shopify authentication code issue?

Hello i want to remove the authentication method on Shopify but when I click on the remove option,Shopify sends an authentication code to my number but I could not get any code in my number what can I do please assist me

From my understanding, you would like to remove Two-Step Authentication on your Shopify store as you're unable to receive the authentication code to your phone number. Can you confirm that the number is correct and the phone line is in service?
