How can I sort products from newest to oldest in Be Yours theme?

Hello!

I am trying to figure out how to make my products be listed as newest-oldest instead of the default which is alphabetical order. I am using the Be Yours theme.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi, @LFCeo. I'm happy to help you out with this! 

You can change the default sort order of a collection within your Shopify Admin collection settings. To get there go to Products > Collections and click the collection you want to edit. From here, use the Sort: dropdown menu under the Products area of the page to select the sort order you want the collection to be displayed in. For example, in this case you'd choose Newest. You can find the steps to change the sort order of a collection explained here as well.

Since you're using an Online Store 2.0 theme, I'd also suggest using the Search & Discovery app to have even more control over how customers view, search and filter products on your online store. The app allows you to customize search results, filters, and product recommendations. It also helps you learn more about the way customers navigate your store.
