Ive had this domain since January of last year, and Im planning on moving it to Wix, since I'll be using this shopify store for another business I have. I transferred the Shopify domain to wix, but it doesnt seem to work? When I click on the wix website that shows the shopify domain I bought, it shows the shopify website, not the website I have on Wix. Is it not actually transferring the domain? Did i do something wrong? I submitted the transfer request on Sunday.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some guidance with domain migration to get this resolved. Depending on what you're looking to achieve, you can either transfer your Shopify-managed domain to a different Shopify store or to another domain provider. I recommend checking out our Transferring Shopify-Managed Domains helpdoc for additional insight on those steps. It outlines however:
If transferring your Shopify-managed domain to another Shopify store, the Account Owner can complete the following steps:
For the domain transfer to be successful, the Account Owner is required to log in to the Shopify store directly from the transfer link in the email message. After the transfer is accepted, it can take up to 24 hours for the domain transfer to complete.
It's also important to note, this transfer would be from one Shopify store to another store and continue being managed by Shopify.
If transferring the domain to another provider (i.e Wix) you are required to unlock the Shopify-manged domain and provider the new host with a domain authorization code. To complete, you can:
If the domain transfer is not completed within 30 days, then your domain will be locked again. To complete a transfer after 30 days, you need to cancel the existing transfer and start the transfer process again.
It's also important to note there are steps required to be completed prior to proceeding with the transfer. These are outlined within the Transferring Shopify-Managed Domain to another Domain Provider helpdoc.
