sir my domain are attached to my previous store now i want to remove my domain and attached to my new store
Hey, @wajih! Welcome to Shopify Community!
You'll need to access your previous store in order to transfer your domain to your new store. If it's currently closed without outstanding invoices, you may create a support ticket by visiting https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V so we can look into providing you temporary access. If it's frozen due to outstanding invoices you'll need to settle the invoices and reactivate your store to gain access. You may then deactivate it after the transfer.
Now, there are two ways to transfer your domain, depending on who it is managed by. Please refer to the most appropriate guide listed below.
For Shopify domains:
Please note that for the domain transfer to succeed, the store owner or staff member with the appropriate permission needs to log in to the Shopify store directly from the transfer link in the email message. After the transfer is accepted, it can take up to 24 hours for the domain transfer to complete.
For third-party domains:
Do you already have a custom email? If not, make sure to set one up through email hosting. A custom email that reflects your domain (e.g. info@yourstore.com) gives your store credibility and it shows you have a professional and trustworthy business. Additionally, it exhibits consistent branding which will help with brand awareness and recall. If you haven't done this yet, you can sign up with an email hosting platform such as Zoho Mail or Google Workspace to get your custom business email address.
