How can I transfer my Wokiee template license to a new website?

Hello, can you please help me with the fact that my purchased license is linked to a website that is no longer functional (i need license transfer)? It is about this Wokiee Template. I can't activate the template on the store I'm preparing...

Since "Wokiee" is not a theme available in the Shopify theme store we wouldn't be able to assist with transferring your theme license. This option is only available for themes purchased in the Shopify theme store. For more help with this it's best for you to speak to the theme developer of this theme directly. They will have more information on how you can get this theme for your new store. If you need a theme for your new store in the meantime, you can find a list of free themes in the Shopify theme store here. If you let me know more about the features you're looking for I may be able to suggest some themes you may like as well.
