How can I translate the 'buy now' button on the Optimal theme?

Hi,

Unfortenatly i need to write here for help because shopify made the stupid change to hide buy it now button and need to pay additional extra for coding. I chose shopify not to spend time to learn coding but to make an online store.If i wanted to code , i would rather chose coursera not shopify.

So i am on optimal theme made by adorn themes and the support of the theme told me that ,,Buy now button load direct from shopify and we do not have access to change button text.

Contact shopify support and lose 2 hours of my time to recommed an app which does not work, read crappy forums and send articles from 2019. You understand that since 2019 till now layout of shopify and code has changed several times but still they recommend it.

To make it more "fun" shopify restict the access to button because it is third party.

Please, if there is any adequate person to tell me from where i can translate the **bleep** but it not button into bulgarian because SHOPIFY HID IT.
