How can I turn off captcha in a customer form?

Hello

I would like to disable captcha for customer form? I understand the security part but i have few clients complaining that sometimes it doesn't go through.. happy to keep im not robot box tick!

Hello,

Try this:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store> Preferences.
2. Under Checkout Protection, uncheck Enable Google reCaptcha.
3. Click Save.

If I am not wrong then I think this is not working in basic plan of shopify.

Asked Shopify support, they said it can't be turned off ☹️
