How can I update inventory procedures effectively?

How can you update your Inventory procedures before even notify us or have the proper way to do it?  Been on chatting with support and the answer is keep checking with in the next few days.  Really so my inventory cant be upload for a few days.  Talk about putting the cart before the horse.

Seriously, what the heck is going on? One thing do add all of these columns in the app and not tell anyone but to change the inventory upload format without no direction or example file is ridiculous

It appears that they've added required columns which is sort of addressed here but not clearly:

I got an example file (not sure why one isn't on the documentation page) and along with the new columns now you must provide a location for each item

Yes this new way useless to me.  I have one location and old way took me a couple mins to prepare CSV and now this way im not even sure yet how long it is going to take to prepare each time.
