How can I update my domain's NS record?

I need to update my domain NS Record but can't find any guide or steps on how to do this.

I have NS Records that I need to update in domain but don't know how to go about it

Where is your domain registered? Changing NS records is only done on the platform you purchased your domain. 

So depending on the hosting provider, it is vastly different.

We use Shopify DNS management platform

Hmmm, this is the one place I am not sure. But are you trying to point the domain away from Shopify's nameservers? Or are you trying to just edit the general DNS settings?

Am using a service that manages and collects DMARC records for my domain. They told me to update my domain DNS with their NS records. See below

I had the same issue. It looks like NS records cannot be updated in Shopify because Shopify does not support dynamic routing. This is definitely something they need to update asap. For now only static routing (CNAME) can be used.
