How can I use Affirm for purchasing an e-bike on a Shopify website?

Hello I’m trying to buy a e bike off a website that uses Shopify. In trying to use affirm so I can pay over time on it but when I used it it showed up as fraud for the company that I was buying it from and I would have to put 10 percent to Shopify or something so I’m just wondering how can I use affirm on Shopify thanks
