How can I use objects on section namevariant-added in API?

I am passing section ids and section url like "/variants/38015948619927"  on cart/add.js.  Everything is working fine. But not getting any object or product in the section name variant-added.
What object i can use on the section variant-added? I try the product but give me null. Check screenshot
