Hi
Is there anyway to see the name of the image i chose when selecting it when edit my product. My problem is that almost every picture look the same but i have to chose the right one. When i hoover over the image with the mouse i cant se it
Hi @Jake82,
You can use the image alt to assign the name of the image. To show it when you hover, you have to create an element that will contain the image alt. That would be a little complicated instruction depending on your theme. I would suggest hiring someone to do so
It is in the admin view when i chose product image i want to se the name of the image. So i don´t think it has to do with the theme settings.
Hi @Jake82,
I had the same issue. I add alts to all my images, which also allows me to use a browser extension to replace the images with the alts in admin.
I use Firefox, but the same extension is available on Chrome.
If you have a lot of images and have to scroll through pages, you need to switch the option off and on again to see the alts.
The extension I use is here: https://chrispederick.com/work/web-developer/
