I'ts just unacceptable to be treated with no care at all as a customer.
it asks me to choose my store, as soon as I click to choose the store loads a page with a json output and the values for a SID
{"sid":"cd0abaf6-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx"}Making impossible to choose my store therefore impossible to contact support.
So how in the world a shopify customer is going to get help at all when the internal support processes are useless and lead to no where but a helpless loop hole?.

Thank you for following up with me on this. I appreciate the screenshot as well. To get additional troubleshooting support and real time (unauthenticated) help I recommend reaching out to our social media team through Facebook: Contact Shopify Support - Facebook or Twitter/X: Shopify Support - X.
I also recommend trying in a different internet browser and if possible through your mobile data plan (or alternate internet connection) to see if that resolves the issue.
It's also important to note that Shopify supports the two most recent operating system and browser versions. If you are running an older operating system or browser you may continue to have issues contacting our support team. You would need to update the system you are using to contact our support team in that situation.

Thank you for the screenshots showing the error messages you are facing when trying to contact our support. I am sorry you are having such difficulties and seeing these types of errors.
Our developers were aware that some merchants were having problems accessing their store admins and we have since seen reports that this is now resolved. Can you please do a full browser cache and cookie clear and try contacting our support through the Help Center one more time. If you are still experiencing issues please let me know.
