How can we track a customer's IP address to prevent order abuse?

We're trying to find a customer's IP address because they're ordering multiples of our free samples and using dummy emails and phone numbers, which is clearly abuse. We've used the fraud filter to block the address (and some variations of the address), but we're hoping to track down the IP to use in the fraud filter as well. Please help. Shopify Plus support is also down, so this is our only recourse.

You can find the IP address under the order page where you will find the "Fraud analysis" where you can click on "view analysis".
