How do I add custom actions to Smile.io Loyalty Program?

Hi, my team and I are getting a little desperate so any direction or assistance would be greatly appreciated. We are currently using Smile Loyalty program and we want to add three more actions for our customer to earn points: follow us on tiktok, subscribe to our newsletter, subscribe to our texts. All those three things requires custom action. Now I've created the custom actions and they provided me with code snippets. However I'm not sure what's the next step. Do I copy/paste and insert it in one of the snippet files? They recommended inserting as a callback but I'm not really sure what that looks like. We're are trying to get this done by the end of the month so again, any answers would be greatly appreciated.
