How do I add Paypal smart payment buttons to my online store?

Hi! Can someone help me in adding the Paypal smart payment buttons to my store? Specifically underneath the "buy it now button". I'd like to be able to see the button that says "Debit or Credit Card" button underneath the PayPal button as well. Here's a screenshot for reference:
