How do I add product subtitles in the Dawn theme on Shopify?

Hi, I am new to Shopify, migrating from Woocommerce. Over there I have a nice little plugin that allows to add subtitles to my product. And with a snippet I can add that subtitle in different places. Very easy process. Even CSS is easy. I have been toying with this concept with Dawn theme, and I created a metafield (by the way, scrolling all the way down to add a subtitle is a bit ridiculous). Yet it is not clear for someone with little coding experience, where to add a code that will allow such subtitle to show up everywhere.

On the hand, I want to reduce the distance between the title and such metafield, in the product page, and I can't seem to find a way.

Any thoughts? and why is there no App to make this easy yet?
