How do I centre text on dawn theme multicolumn??

Hi all, would really appreciate any help with this.

I am trying to make the text in my multicolumns centred, however, none of the codes on the forums have managed to work. I am using the Dawn theme. See image below:

If so, is there a way to set the border on either so it's the same as the default 'rich text' sections? See what I'm after below, it's not as close to the sides:
