How do I change the size of my product picture (Focal Theme)

Hey! I want to change the size of the picture, so it doesn't take up the whole screen. And how do I do it for all the product pictures, I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this 🙂 (Focal theme)

Hey! Thanks for your answer, but I don't see theme.css.liquid. I only have theme.css

I don't get it work unfortunely, how do I know if these pictures are within .product-single__photo container. If that's the problem maybe?
