How do I delete a second shop from my account?

Hi all,


I made a second shop in my account and now i can't find how to delete it

Thanks for reaching out to the Shopify Community!

 

From what I can see on your screenshot you're in the right section, however the option to deactivate your store is not appearing, which is strange.

 

It may not be appearing as an option as it looks like you're on a custom plan according to this screenshot. For this, you will need to reach out to live support, as they will have better access to your account and be able to help you deactivate the store in question. You can reach them via this link here.

 

Please follow the prompts given by the virtual Help Center assistant in order to access our live chat support. 

 

By the way, how is your other store coming along? I'd love to hear more about your plans and the products you're selling.

I tried already but the bot keeps asking the same questions over and over again. I explained it already 4 times. Asked for life support or an email. But it keeps asking to explain the same again. 

Last question was again:

Can you share what you're working on? I can help find an answer or get you to the right support team.

 

But when I answer it starts all over again, whatever I answer. It shouldnt be this difficult to talk to support, right? What can i write so I will get to speak to a person instead of a bot?
