Are you referring to a store linked to your ShopifyID for single sign-on (SSO)? Is the account still active or has it been closed?

I have one that I’m using them some how another one was added not sure how

If that store is linked to the email related to your Shopify ID, it will appear in your list of available accounts to access upon login. The reason being that if you closed a store and wish to reopen it somewhere down the line, it will be accessible through your Shopify ID.

However, if you do not know what this store is or how it came to be linked to your Shopify ID profile, then you will need to contact support directly so they can look into it further for you. Simply engage with the Virtual Chat Assistant on the right hand side of the screen until it brings you to the support page. Select "Chat" to speak with an advisor directly.
