Hello, I own an account at https://gardengadgetsaze.myshopify.com/ I had to make a monthly payment for May 21, I had no money on my card. Today, when I wanted to complete my payment, I added my card with money at work, but I filled in the address section incorrectly and confirmed. Suddenly my access to the site was blocked. Please help me to open my site.
I don't want to suffer because I have suffered a lot on the site.

Hello, good luck every time. I mainly sell household items and small electronics.
I opened my store on April 7, 2022. After a 14-day verification period, Shopify deducted the first month's payment from my card. I had to pay for the 2nd month on May 21, 2022, but my card did not have the required amount. After loading the required amount on my card, I added my card with money from my account balance, I filled in the address section incorrectly by mistake. And suddenly the entrance to the store was closed. Let me tell you that one of your employees, Michael, contacted me via email today and wrote that the problem would be reported to other executive departments.
In the end, I can say that I have never sold in this store. This incident also disappointed me a little. I ask you to pay close attention to this issue. I did not sleep at night for 10-15 days for that store. ((

(I remembered that when I restored the monthly payment to the admin panel, the store was suddenly closed because I entered the wrong address and confirmed it.)
