How do I remove the automatic email newsletter popup in my theme?

I cannot find how to remove the automatic web popup for email newsletter signup. We do not have any apps for web popups. I've searched the support boards, and it should be as easy as going into 'theme settings' but there is no POPUP asset to look over. I've attached an image so you can see.

this pop-up looks like coming from an app that you have installed. Not all apps are co trollable from theme settings. You may want to review all apps and see which one injects this to your store.
