How do I resize images on the Dawn theme for desktop view?

Hi, 

My website looks great on Mobile, however when on desktop, all images and videos are huge and take up the entire screen when scrolling.

Is there an easy-ish fix for this? 

My site is www.arctic7.co.uk and is using Dawn 11.0.0
