How do I transfer the 'CHU KY CUA BAN' data into 'Notes' in the 'Orders' tab ?

Currently you have data in line item properties.
You can use Shopifys free Flow App to transfer it from LIP to order note when the order is created.
Kinda like this, may need minor tweaking in regards to line breaks and which properties/customAttributes to add:

You can go to your store admin > Online Store > Themes, click '...' in the current theme > Edit default theme content > search for that text to.
