How do l remove Pinterest base code from Shopify "liquid.them" (Boundless)

Hi 

I need to remove the Pinterest base code manually to enable me use the Pinterest app for tags but I have two problems 1)After copying and pasting the base code in the "theme. liquid" I realized is much longer than what I copied on Pinterest, is it normal? I just want to be sure I don't remove something else.

2) l do not understand what they mean by removing the base code manually? Do I just  have to delete with a click of the mouse? Thank you!
