How do you contact Shopify when you have a problem?

How can I contact Shopify when I have a problem? This link gets me nowhere, https://help.shopify.com/en/support/support-type. It would be nice to have a phone number to call or at least be able to chat with someone.

Hi @curleytk,

I do not have problem contacting support. After you logged in, you should be routed to the page below.

1. Click the starting a store

2. You should be routed to a new page, scroll down and you should be able to see the options to contact Shopify. I mostly use the Chat with us option.
