how remove duplicate products Having same name in collection page only?

I hope you are doing great and having a good day.

Actually, I've some products which have exact same names Which are kept for a reason. Now I just want to show only one product instead of all the products having the same names in  the collection page,

Can you please help to get this done.

Delete all products with the same name except one.

Or remove them from the collection.

As I said I kept them for a reason I don't remove the product. I just want to display only one product instead of all.

What if you remove all other products from the collection and keep only one?
