How to access messages from hired experts for job bids?

I am unable to view the experts messages to me for job bids and I can’t get anywhere with these forums or get anyone on the phone

I had the same problem - you need to create your user profile in settings. Go to your name upper right>manage account and fill in your info, close retry.
