How to add a mandatory privacy policy checkbox under the email form?

Hello, I can't figure out how to add a checkbox under the email form, which would be mandatory for the submission of the email. The theme is Refresh. The checkbox is for additional acceptance of the privacy policy. Thanks 🙂
