How to add a Pop-up to a page in Shopify?

Hi!

Sorry if my words aren’t correct as I’m not a developer, just needed a little help setting up my website.

We plan to sell art prints on our website. We have size, unframed, and some framed variants.

For domestic customers, we will sell all options including the framed option.

However, for international customers, we will only sell unframed prints in all size variants.

On the print page, we wish to have a pop-up that asks the customer if their shipping address is -within India or -outside India.

If the Shipping is in India, they are directed to the Print page with all the options.

If the Shipping is outside India, they are directed to the Print page with prints of all sizes but only unframed option is available. 

And how do i make this happen on the product page in Admin?

I am attaching something that was created for us on a previous version but the pop-up seems to have vanished in our new version,

I needed help doing this in the code or template without using the geolocation app.
