How to add customized fields for a specific product at checkout?

Hello! I'm trying to figure out how to have a specific product have customized fields upon check out. We are hosting a car show and want to capture the year/make/model of everyone that checks out this specific product.

• Bold Product Options 
• Variant Option Product Options
• Infinite Options

Additionally, I'd recommend getting in touch with the app developers directly as you're looking for an app with a specific feature. They will be able to provide clarification on an app's capabilities and confirm whether or not the app will fit your shop's needs. To get in contact with an app developer, you can head to the Shopify App Store and select Support > Send A Message.

Blair, you are a life savor. I looked at Apps and already had infinite options installed and was able to adjust the fields required.

Let us know if you are willing to done this without using app.

We can write customized dynamic code to perform same as infinite options doing write now.
