How to add GDPR checkboxes to contact form an newsletter form?

Hi, guys

I am interested in adding GDPR compliant checkout boxes in my store. This would include pages:

https://vollmart24.com/pages/kontakt

https://vollmart24.com/pages/newsletter

and a footer newsletter form. As for now, my shop is "illegal" without these options.

I would also like to know, how to add link to checkbox "Akceptuję regulamin" in my cart page.
I am running Shopify standard plan and flex nourish theme.
