How to add Go Highlevel App chat feature to my website?

I would like to add the Go Highlevel App to one of my Shopify websites and can't seem to figure it out. Is anyone familiar with this app and all of the features? I really want to add their chat feature since it funnels all conversations to one dashboard. Help!
