How to add icons to "image with text" block

Hello, as showen in the Picture down below I want to add icons to "image with text" block. How can I do this?
Is there a way to add image files like PNG or JPEG to the "image with text" block maby?

Hello Charles,

By default no but if you can write html and if your section Image with text allows html in the section then you can add it.

Or if you don't want to write html you can add separate options to add text with an icon ( but in this process you need developer)
